Shipping Policy - Poucherz
Delivery Timeframe
Once the purchase offer is accepted, the buyer's age and identity are validated, and payment is received, Poucherz will prepare and dispatch the products within a maximum period of five (5) business days.
The total delivery time will depend on the transportation service and the destination location. Under normal conditions, orders shipped from Medellín are delivered in:
- Medellín and metropolitan area: 1 to 2 business days
- Major cities (Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena): 2 to 4 business days
- Other cities and municipalities: 3 to 6 business days
In no case will the total delivery period exceed thirty (30) calendar days, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011.
Important: We have an automatic and/or manual identity validation process in place to verify the age of the buyer and receiver, in accordance with Law 1335 of 2009 and Law 2354 of 2024.
Important: Estimated Delivery Times
The reported delivery times are estimated timeframes, which may be affected by external factors beyond Poucherz's control, such as high demand from transportation companies, mobility restrictions, weather conditions, road closures, or force majeure events.
In these cases, Poucherz does not intervene in the logistics operation of the carrier, but will provide support and assistance to the customer for managing claims, information requests, or tracking shipments with the corresponding transportation company.
Dispatch Hours
Order preparation, dispatch, and delivery processes are carried out Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
For operational purposes, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on business days may begin their preparation and dispatch process the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day, without affecting the maximum delivery times reported in this policy.
Shipping Company
We currently work with Servientrega as our primary shipping company to ensure safe and reliable nationwide deliveries.
Shipping Costs
The nationwide shipping cost is $20,000 COP (fixed rate), regardless of the destination within Colombia.
Shipments are made from Medellín, Antioquia.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track it through the Servientrega website: www.servientrega.com
