This policy applies to all individuals who provide their data to, and/or interact with, Poucherz and any of its websites (snuscolombia.co and pouchescolombia.co), as customers, suppliers, contractors, partners, employees, among others, through electronic means, remote channels, or physical points of sale.
Authorization for Data Processing
By submitting purchase offers, buying through our website, or establishing civil, commercial, or labor relations with Poucherz, the data subject freely, priorly, and voluntarily authorizes the processing of their personal data, including: name, identification, marital status, phone numbers, email, address, city, profession, employer, financial data, credit behavior, cards, and personal and employment references.
Purpose of Processing

We collect data through contact forms, cookies, and analytical tools. Users can configure their browser to limit or disable the use of cookies. Additionally, images uploaded to the site should not contain location data (GPS EXIF).
